Two recent concerts featured pieces that have become somewhat “signature works” for Endymion. A visit to Cockermouth in Cumbria included a performance of Ernő Dohnányi’s Sextet in C, which we recorded in 1995 and which remains firmly in their repertoire. In January, Michael, Stephen and Krysia took our ever-popular Brahms and Ligeti Horn Trio programme to Ludlow. Endymion performs our piano and winds recital (including another Sextet, by Poulenc) on March 14th for Richmond Concert Society, and the Horn Trio visits Dorchester on April 12th.
